Schoppe Design and Graphics, regularly hires enthusiastic young individuals with 0 to 5 years of drafting experience. Minimum requirements for employment would be a 2 year technical degree in CAD or 2 years of exposure of CAD in a work environment. Schoppe Design and Graphics hires no contract labor. All positions are staff positions with benefits, including health insurance, vacation and retirement. Average workweek is 40 ~ 50 hours and does fluctuate with different projects in house.
